Design and Mold Flow Analysis Software

  • SPUR Gear Motion Analysis Software: Applicable to dynamic simulation and load evaluation of parallel axis cylindrical gears.
  • Autodesk Moldflow: Mold flow analysis tools can predict filling, cooling and warpage behaviors and optimize product and mold design.

STEP 03

Gear Machining

Produce high-precision gear electrodes and perform EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining) on the mold core.

We support various gear types including spur gears, helical gears, and worm gears.

STEP 05

Mold Development

We design and fabricate molds using precision equipment to produce cores, cavities, and sliders.

Trial molding is performed to validate dimensional accuracy and product quality.

Sample Measurement & Approval

First Article Samples are provided for client review.

Critical dimensions and functionality are verified with precision instruments, and feedback is used to refine molds or processes.
